Kate is brought into the studio to issue a Public Service Announcement for the 4th of July. She is blindsided by the quick script that she doesnt have a chance to read it before hand and is surprised by a new way we can all celebrate the 4th of July; Instead of shooting off fireworks, we can all just get pied! Kate takes 9 gooey pies in all and ends up enjoying the new celebratory technique that she endorses it herself.
